By accessing this website and purchasing an enrollment pass to an Up Close & Campy event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully—they are designed to ensure a safe, intimate, and magical experience for everyone.

1. Enrollment & Payments

• Registration: All attendees must be 21+ (unless otherwise specified for a particular event).

• Payment: Your spot is only secured once full payment is processed through our designated registration platform.

• Refund Policy: All sales are final. Because our weekends are highly curated and intimate, we cannot offer refunds. However, passes are transferable to another person with at least 14 days' notice to our team.

2. Artist Lineup & Activities

• The "Up Close & Campy" experience is about the collective vibe. While we announce artist rosters and activities in advance, the schedule and lineup are subject to change due to weather, travel delays, or artist health. No refunds will be issued for schedule changes.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability

• The Outdoors: You acknowledge that a summer camp environment involves natural terrain, lake activities, and physical movement. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to nature and physical exertion.

• Personal Property: Up Close & Campy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items (instruments, cameras, jewelry, etc.).

• Health: You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in the activities you choose to join.

4. Code of Conduct (The Camp Ethos)

To maintain our "no barriers" atmosphere, we require all guests to respect the following:

• Inclusivity: Harassment or discrimination of any kind toward guests, artists, or staff will result in immediate ejection without a refund.

• Privacy: While we encourage capturing memories, please respect the privacy of artists and fellow campers. Professional film equipment (other than our authorized crew) is prohibited without prior consent.

• Safety: Illegal substances and weapons are strictly prohibited.

5. Media Release

• By attending, you acknowledge that professional photographers and videographers will be documenting the weekend. You grant Up Close & Campy the right to use your likeness in future promotional materials, social media, and website content.

6. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site or attendance at our events constitutes acceptance of these changes.
