Up Close & Campy is an intimate music and comedy weekend series hosted at Camp Starlight in Pennsylvania. Think summer camp meets backstage pass. Guests spend an entire weekend immersed in live performances, camp activities, storytelling, late night hangs, lakeside concerts, and real connection with artists and fellow campers.No giant crowds. No barricades. No VIP sections. Just a highly curated experience where music, creativity, and community come together.

No. Up Close & Campy is intentionally NOT a festival.These weekends are designed to be small, intimate, and interactive. Capacity is limited so guests can truly connect with artists and one another throughout the weekend.You might find yourself:Playing volleyball with an artistSharing breakfast togetherSitting around a campfire listening to stories and acoustic songsWatching a lakeside performance under the stars
Absolutely. Many guests attend solo.The atmosphere is intentionally welcoming and community driven, and people tend to connect very quickly through activities, meals, and shared experiences.
Weekends are targeted for over 21 fans, but all ages are welcome, young and old. The common denominator is simple: people who love music, creativity, community, and fun.

Yes. Meals and snacks are included throughout the weekend.Camp Starlight can accommodate many dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options. Guests will be able to indicate dietary needs during registration.
Alcohol policies may vary by weekend.Some events may feature cash bars, specialty tastings, or sponsored beverage experiences. Details for each weekend will be listed on the event page.
Guests can choose from a variety of lodging options depending on availability, including:Shared camp cabins with full bathroom facilities and hot showersLimited Semi private upgradesLimited Private room upgradesSome accommodations are more traditional camp style while others offer additional comfort and privacy.Bedding, pillows and towels are provided.
Not at all.You can fill your day with activities or spend the afternoon relaxing by the lake with a coffee and listening to soundcheck. The weekend is designed to be flexible and choose your own adventure.

Yes. Limited edition Up Close & Campy and artist merchandise will be available onsite.
Most weekends are designed for adults 21+ unless otherwise specified.If a family-friendly weekend is announced, it will clearly state that on the event page.
Guests can drive directly to Camp Starlight. Parking is available onsite.We also offer optional coach bus transportation from New York City as an add-on for select weekends. Details and pricing will be available during registration.

Yes, though part of the magic is disconnecting a little.WiFi is available in designated areas, and most major carriers have service throughout camp.
Because of the limited capacity and personalized nature of these weekends, tickets are generally non refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific event policy.If an event sells out, we may assist with transferring tickets to another guest when possible.
These weekends are intentionally kept small compared to traditional festivals and large scale events. Capacity varies depending on the weekend and format.
